Which fluid will flow faster through porous media?

Just for an example which one will flow faster? Oil or water?
And why will be that?

Few good documents on porosity, permeability and saturation found on internet. You may want to take a look at it.

I will go with Oil, as because OIL is lighter and lower in density than water. The oil has a property of viscosity, and  which will help it to slide through the porous structure. The porous structure permeability will also play a key factor in this case.
