Is mutation for real?

Have seen X-men movies and have been reading about mutation on internet. Few believes and many don't.
what superpowers are possible if it is for real?

Scientists believe, we(humans) are capable of using only 20% of their brain. If you've seen a movie named 'Lucy', then you'd get an idea of the capabilities of humans using more than 20% of their brains. Unless we don't use it, we don't have anything to prove it.

It is real , because you see a lot of defective mutated personnel in office premises  :)
